Moto Droid 2 - developed a pink vertical line from top to bottom of screen. Took it to Verizon - Verizon was terrific. Initially Motorola said I had to return and they would "repair" -I said not in my lifetime...no repair replacement was not going to be without a phone for up to two weeks. I have a Motorola Droid Turbo 2 it's a piece of s*** I would never recommend it or Verizon you get nothing in response I have been so upset I want to be reimbursed for the phone. They are making me have a used phone in replacement but still pay for a new phone that's wrong. And would like Motorola to get ahold of me Myrna Head

I bought moto g2 on april 2015 and it does not after 2 months . I gave it to service center then i got back after 1 month . It doesnot after 1 to 2 months and i gave it service center 4 times in a yera. After gurantee period expire its mother board damage. I think it is damage piece of motorola that is provided to me . I dont like that i had my phone for a couple months and it not even working that good i have purple lines going up my screen and apps disapearing and wont let me unlock sometimes if its not fixed i will make sure everyone knows about it this makes me really upset i will never use motorola again if not fixed

Undersigned purchase moto g2 phone in Jan 2015 and immediate after purchasing it start giving trouble. The last service was done in roorkee for issue of charging jack which was not properly working but repaired anyhow. I placed an order with a discount code and was directed to an order confirmation page. Twenty minutes later Motorola finally tried to process my credit card but the charge was blocked as suspicious. Within minutes I got a text and email from my credit card company asking me to confirm the charge, which I did. But Motorola CANCELED my order before contacting me. Such bad customer care services. Blunt behavior. And you can only talk to the techical support if you want, Not any supervisors. If you want to talk to their seniors you got to wait a call from their side. And if you miss it you again got to wait for another week. Just to ask your phone repairing status.
