6 months into having the Motorola Razr+ 2023 a black spot started to appear on screen. I called Motorola for warranty, they told me I had two options.
I can send in phone and wait 3-5 business days for them to get back to me after receiving it, all the while without a phone. Or secondly, I can pay $700 to get a new phone shipped to me. Assure me they will refund me the $700 once they receive the defective phone back, usually within 7-10 business days. WTF kind of warranty is that?
Either be without a phone for over a week or pay $700 and hope I get refunded in a timely manner??? Never again, Samsung all the way!

Motorola has blocked me from their website for daring to file complaints against them. This is how a former employee is treated by Motorola.
Now it seems that the excellent relationship that I had with the company has come to a screeching halt, and I am more than shocked.
I placed an order for a Motorola Moto G Stylus - 2022 phone very late shortly after midnight on October 1, 2023. I saw that it it was being held up to verify the payment, but I understood that because that date was a Sunday; to verify payment, it had to wait until the banks were open and operating. I received some emails about the status of my order, but I was given no information whatsoever as to what the status was. I gave the details of my debit card and there were more than adequate funds in my bank account, so I don't understand what was the problem unless there's some reason that may be discrimination; I can only be suspicious when every effort is made to leave me in the dark for as long as possible.
I have been trying to get some sort of answer, but I was given a link to verify my order, yet that led me to a page saying "No order found." I am attaching the screenshot that I made from that page. When I don't see any legitimate reason for holding up my order, it angers me considerably. Maybe because I'm a disabled senior? I am left guessing as to why my order is not found and I am given no direct, clear answer.
I did not want to file a complaint against Motorola as my history with Motorola has been very good, but I do need an explanation as to why I am being kept in the dark and nobody gives me a clue as to what is happening. I was told I would be contacted, but that has not happened.
The order number is #136563****241-01 placed on: 10/01/2023. So why am I not getting an answer?
- Excellent products at very reasonable prices
Preferred solution: Deliver the phone that I ordered and refund my money for the abuse that I have endured.

Verified Reviewer |I bought a new moto edge 40 Neo from Flipkart. The phone has defects so one time replaced again facing same issues then avoiding me without doing any help
I bought Moto edge 40 Neo from Flipkart on 30/8/2023. After using it for two days, the phone was overheating and battery draining , so I sent it to the service center on 26-10-2023.
Then they found that there was a complaint and the phone was replaced and a new phone was given. But when I used the second phone, I realized that it had the same problem as before. So again the changed phone given to Service center on 08-11-2023. But they returned it after a week saying that they can't find any complaint.
They took a week (17-11-2023)for that and they said that they can't do anything anymore, but I am sure that this phone has some issues. Don't know what else to do. I have all the proof that the phone has problem.
I will wait for the reply for 2 days after that I will move legally.
