Difficulty with replacement of baby monitor

I have tried for 2 months to get a replacement of my 2 week old comfort 75 baby monitor. I was sent 2 monitors back and NO camera ! I have been trying now for 2 more weeks to get this corrected which they said was a mistake from the factory! I will eventually have a refurbished monitor and camera after returning a brand new product. Stay far far away from this company!

Did not have any alert notifications for messages , within 5 minutes the problem was resolved. Best buy geek squad was of no help , I'm glad this site was available and it worked amazingly.

As of Nov 5 nothing changed....Motorola is not going to send the parts ...I refuse to pay what they want, .Terms and circumstances makes the best choice is to buy another .phone...and although this phone is less than a yr old . it's not eligible for any trade in value .I am still looking for the right phone for me....too bad I really thought Motorola would step up and do the right thing.

My son bought me a new phone, moto one 5G. Researched it and the phone is great.I normally, always used Motorola for 50 yrs.....but accidents happen the screen broke, and my son forgot to buy the ins that's another hundred then another hundred if you need to use the insurance. Might as well buy a new phone The place that makes the repairs Can't get the part because it's so new trying to get Motorola on the phone is almost impossible I finally got someone they told me to send $575 dollars ALMOST TWICE WHAT HE PAID FOR THE PHONE!!! Then they will fix it . I might as well buy a new phone...thinking about looking at other manufacturers.

Recording says I need to go to a lengthy web address to get a case no. Just answer the phone and fix my phone. Ive spent house on line trying to fix problem without any results.

I recently decided that I needed to get up to date and bought a moto g30 phone. I'm an old person but a novice when it comes to mobiles, so I need a user manual, but this was not supplied. There is an online manual, but I find that this format is inconvenient to use. How can Motorola charge £160 for a phone but not supply the user manual to go with it. I tried contacting Motorola but was unable to find a person to talk to. Moli, the virtual agent, was useless and the reply to one of my questions was; Don't worry. Let me help you. But I waited and waited, but no help came. So that was the end of that virtual conversation.

I purchased a Motorola edge 5G beginning of july 2021. The sims tray first wouldn't open. Then it wouldn't read sims card. Sent back to Motorola. Returned without capability to read a 5G sims. Only 4G. I will never ever by a Motorola phone again. Not sending back again. Would rather use a cement wall to permanently retire the thing and purchase from another company...fed up !!!

Help it would be nice if someone would call me back so I can at least talk to somebody texting and messaging I'm not great with phones I've lost most of all my pictures

For some reason I cannot get my photos back they're in my photo app but on a shared photos so when I go to try to share a photo I can't share anything cuz there's only a couple photos popping up

I have never had a complaint with Moto phones. Recently my phone has taken upon itself to quit WiFi for no reason, at times refuses to upload photos, and stopped gmail sound notifications and in general just not the same phone?

I bought a phone (Moto E) 1/14/21 nobody could hear on it! I couldn't hear them, nobody could ever hear me!

Took it back, 3 times in 1 month to see if Metro could fix it, they said to call Motorola, which I did! I arranged to have it repaired, mailed it in according to their instructions. I called, to complain, about the device, they said, it had physical damage, they weren't willing to honor the warranty! OMG!

Are you serious? I tried to walk my phone in to a Motorola repair facility under warranty, the nearest one was in Texas! I was forced to mail it in! If there is any damage, Motorola did it, or it happened during shipping!

I have 10(8 I upgraded) cell phones, and none, have broken screens! Don't buy Motorola! I told them, I would see them in court! Just break everyone's phone, that arrives to get out of the warranty?

They had me remove my protective case, but I did pack it between thick packing material; it should not have broken in transit! They said box wasn't damaged, so what, doesn't mean, what's inside isn't!! This is my second Motorola phone, my first one had no problems, I got it wet, after having it for 2 yrs; they no longer sell, that E6 model @ Metro. Fortunately, I have a second (brand new) phone, I can hear on it quite well, plus others can hear me!

I don't need to cheat Motorola, but apparently, they need to cheat me! I am not done fighting with them, I am just getting started.

Sure can't be the only customer, they have done this to, I am one ANGRY PISSED CONSUMER!! They sent my phone back with the SIM card removed, it's totally useless useless, useless Shame on you Motorola!

Customer service absolutely sucks. All are Rude and they literally lie to you.

Whoever Darlene is on their virtual chat is is the liar i mentioned, My phone was returned to me in error. The repair facility in Texas was supposed to hold my phone until Monday 7-19-21 as planned by their warranty dept. and I. Some incompetent employee at the Texas facility sent my phone back to me so i got on their virtual chat and was lied to by Darlene when she told me i had to pay in advance before i could receive a shipping label to resend my phone to be repaired.

(i have the transcript). I had a butting of heads with them in the beginning of this process and I'm sure I've been labeled a problem customer hence the lies and attitudes i have to now deal with. I know she lied because i called the warranty dept. right after my Darlene conversation and got that shipping label sent right to me within 30 mins.

Why go out of your way to make my process as difficult as possible? considering the phone was sent back to me in error they should have been more than willing to allow me to get me phone back to them as quickly as possible, But no! Lies and attitude was all i got.

With all the money I've spent on 2 Moto z's, all the Mods and this is how they treat a customer is absolute *** *** MOTOROLA. Because they have no problem saying *** YOU!

I have been on the live text support for my baby monitor that I bought less than a year ago and the screen stopped working. I cant get a hold of a live person and I just need a new monitor. This has been an awful experience and I will NEVER buy another Motorola product again and will make sure to tell all my friends about how awful this company has been. Awful customer service. Awful product. I have had TWO broken monitors in less than 2 years. I JUST NEED a working monitor screen thats not attached to my cell phone app. That is so dangerous if someone tapped into that.
