As of Nov 5 nothing changed....Motorola is not going to send the parts ...I refuse to pay what they want, .Terms and circumstances makes the best choice is to buy another .phone...and although this phone is less than a yr old . it's not eligible for any trade in value .I am still looking for the right phone for me....too bad I really thought Motorola would step up and do the right thing.

I bought a phone (Moto E) 1/14/21 nobody could hear on it! I couldn't hear them, nobody could ever hear me!
Took it back, 3 times in 1 month to see if Metro could fix it, they said to call Motorola, which I did! I arranged to have it repaired, mailed it in according to their instructions. I called, to complain, about the device, they said, it had physical damage, they weren't willing to honor the warranty! OMG!
Are you serious? I tried to walk my phone in to a Motorola repair facility under warranty, the nearest one was in Texas! I was forced to mail it in! If there is any damage, Motorola did it, or it happened during shipping!
I have 10(8 I upgraded) cell phones, and none, have broken screens! Don't buy Motorola! I told them, I would see them in court! Just break everyone's phone, that arrives to get out of the warranty?
They had me remove my protective case, but I did pack it between thick packing material; it should not have broken in transit! They said box wasn't damaged, so what, doesn't mean, what's inside isn't!! This is my second Motorola phone, my first one had no problems, I got it wet, after having it for 2 yrs; they no longer sell, that E6 model @ Metro. Fortunately, I have a second (brand new) phone, I can hear on it quite well, plus others can hear me!
I don't need to cheat Motorola, but apparently, they need to cheat me! I am not done fighting with them, I am just getting started.
Sure can't be the only customer, they have done this to, I am one ANGRY PISSED CONSUMER!! They sent my phone back with the SIM card removed, it's totally useless useless, useless Shame on you Motorola!

MOTO Z REPAIR
Customer service absolutely sucks. All are Rude and they literally lie to you.
Whoever Darlene is on their virtual chat is is the liar i mentioned, My phone was returned to me in error. The repair facility in Texas was supposed to hold my phone until Monday 7-19-21 as planned by their warranty dept. and I. Some incompetent employee at the Texas facility sent my phone back to me so i got on their virtual chat and was lied to by Darlene when she told me i had to pay in advance before i could receive a shipping label to resend my phone to be repaired.
(i have the transcript). I had a butting of heads with them in the beginning of this process and I'm sure I've been labeled a problem customer hence the lies and attitudes i have to now deal with. I know she lied because i called the warranty dept. right after my Darlene conversation and got that shipping label sent right to me within 30 mins.
Why go out of your way to make my process as difficult as possible? considering the phone was sent back to me in error they should have been more than willing to allow me to get me phone back to them as quickly as possible, But no! Lies and attitude was all i got.
With all the money I've spent on 2 Moto z's, all the Mods and this is how they treat a customer is absolute *** *** MOTOROLA. Because they have no problem saying *** YOU!
