I recently received a replacement smartphone from Motorola. A problem with the phone began today. I called my wireless provider, US Mobile, and explained the problem to them. They told me that it is a hardware problem and that I should contact the manufacturer. I wrote this same message to repairservices@***.com a short time ago as I am not sure to which email address or to which telephone number I should be calling for help.
Today when I tried to log into my phone with the four-digit login code that I have used since I started using my phone, the phone responded by saying wrong code. As a result, I have a smartphone that cannot receive incoming calls and cannot do SMS either because I cannot get into the phone to use it. The only thing that happened is that last night, I installed a new antivirus, Norton, and the antivirus added two new apps on the phone: Norton 360 and LifeLock, but that did not involve changing passwords of any sort. I called my wireless provider, US Mobile, but they said that it is an issue for the manufacturer to solve. When I contacted Motorola, I was notified that "Our e-mail channel is no longer available to contact Motorola technical support," so I received no help there.
I have a landline phone, (202) 248-****, and it is working. The smartphone, (202) 321-****, is not working at all. The phone is currently powered down. I need complete instructions as to what I must do to activate my phone. In the meantime, I am left with no operative phone to use. I have no idea what to do; I have contacted US Mobile, Motorola, and Norton. Norton had me use a rather strange password in the installation that I have recorded; it is {{Redacted}} as I wrote it down to have on record. I tried to contact Norton and was put into a chat window and I was told I would speak to a technician, but the chat disconnected, leaving me with no help at all.
I am left clueless. I have also filed a complaint against Norton; they made sure I never got to talk with anyone. I am desperate.

This is to bring to your kind notice that i have purchased the subjected
washing machine through flipkart in the month of September 2022 and snice
the purchase of this washing machine i had been facing problems with this
washing machine though in the past on my complaint the technicians use to
resolve my complaints by visiting my house
Now since August 3 2023 when i have lodged my complaint with the
disfunction of subjected washing machine followed which the technician had
visited and found that the part which is effected is not available right at
the moment they have asked for maximum 8 days time to get the part and
resolve the issue.
Eversince i had been following the service customer care who had never
tried to understand my problem and kept on saying that first they said that
48 hours is required and when i called after 48 hours they asked for another 72
hours and when i asked them to let me speak to their supervision they had
never connect my call to the supervisor saying that i will get a call from
their supervisor or senior authority. It is interesting to know that their
supervisor or senior authority has never called me till date.
Further more it made me feel that either i have done a mistake by purchasing
this washing machine or the customer service care of motorola is taking me
for granted.
I futher like to say that if my issue is not resolved within
next 48 hours then i have no other option but to approach the appropriate
authority for the same. Kindly make a note of this.
