And I don't think she heard me either.

Tomorrow is a holiday 9/1 common sense dictates patience during this time. But the 7-10 business day period is up on Tuesday and I don't feel comfortable thinking my money will be back in my account on Tuesday so can someone tell me why you've committed to a 7-10 business day period to refund customers and for whatever reason my money isn't returned as promised!!

Customer service did not fix my problem. I still have an issue the ICONS on my homepage still will move freely around or disappear or will replace themselves with another app icon. It's crazy. There is no option on the MOTO Edge 5g UW 2021 to lock the screen so the ICONS will stay the same. I have had other phone models that always allowed you to lock the home page so this would not happen. Why is this feature not on this phone? If so, how do you stop it? At this point, I have not intentions ever of getting another MOTO phone. Just not practical.
