The Droid Turbo 2 has a flaw. It stops taking a charge from any charger after about 3 months.

I've had to get 3 replacement phones in a year and a half. The phone will barely charge unless you contact Motorola and have them send you a replacement charger (which they only will if the phone is still under THEIR warranty). Verizon sold the phone but of course NEVER sold the chargers.

The phone sucks so bad that Verizon stopped selling them immediately but of course Verizon nor Motorola have offered any recourse. They BOTH know of this phone issue.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $300.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Quality of the product and dealing with customer service.
