After reading several issues others have had, i agree with all of them. Motorola has the most rude, horrible customer service.

They tell you the same thing over and over, try troubleshooting. Nothing. Try troubleshooting. Nothing.

I bought the on 12-06-2020. It died 01-26-2021. I went to metro store where I bought it. They couldn't help.

Moto rola said the would charge me $24.95 + $169.99 to look at my phone that isnt 2 months old. Thats not a guarantee of getting a working phone. My phone only cost $229. Why would I pay that much to fix the phone.

I told their csr that metro and tmobile told me to call them for help. He told me that they are liars and lie all the time to get customers off the phone. How can a business charge to return something. I am now without a phone and making payments on it still.

How can I get my money back? Anyone interested in class action lawsuit?

User's recommendation: Don't buy from this company.

Monetary Loss: $229.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Motorola Cons: Customer service and phone, Worst, Policies and service, Customer service people who can only operate from a script, Worst phone.
