Undersigned purchase moto g2 phone in Jan 2015 and immediate after purchasing it start giving trouble. The last service was done in roorkee for issue of charging jack which was not properly working but repaired anyhow. Again this phone strated giving same problem and this time I went to 2X BHOJ MARKET NOIDA2km

But customer care incharge there straight away refused to accept this phone for repairing saying parts are not available (jack- charging) and full motherboard will be replaced . On further asking, he didn;t accept phone and returned back. According to hime, this is regular problem of almost all ohones and he can not do any help.
May I know why MOTOROLA has cheated us by selling such 3rd class product? Now I am suffering a lot after spending more than Rs 13000/-
