Motorola - No instruction booklet
My wife just purchased me a new phone for fathers day as my beloved Samsung phone gave up the ghost. Upon looking through the box I was unable to find the instruction booklet, I finally came across a number to call to order a copy of the booklet, it also had a site that you could download from.
Unfortunately my printer on my computer is down so I thought no problem I will just call the number to get a copy. Upon calling the number and waiting 25 min. I was put through to a supervisor that told me that they are a green company and do not send out Manuel's to their phones, I at that point had to laugh looking at this elaborate box and all the excess cardboard that was wasted in the packaging of their product.
She then told me that it was going to be brought up in an executive meeting and that I would know if I get the Manuel's in 24 hours . I think that it may be best if my wife just returns the phone, who needs this?

I understand your frustration but this is actually really common with most newer electronics. They give you a link for an online version but since the majority of people have no need for a manual, especially not after set-up, companies save money by not printing them.
Honestly, unless you've never used a smartphone before, you shouldn't need a manual...
