The rubberband hinge got lodged under the screen,when I opened the phone,I found 3black lines and the top half of the screen don't work,the rubber became faulty and broke the screen

I purchased the phone and it was shipped through UPS with signature required. I havent received the phone because UPS lost it.
I called Motorolla and they have submitted a claim and 4 months later the case is still pending. When I called back to check on the status they told me to give more time because the case is still pending. And they are in the Philippine. They dont know what to do there is no manager.
What a joke.
Never again I will buy anything with Motorola. This company is gonna go down the toilet soon.

I've had my phone 1 year and 2 months . Two weeks ago the screen at the fold started to get hazy and lift away from the rest of the screen.
I called Motorola and mentioned that this is their premier top of the line phone.
I'm not a heavy user as evidenced by my hours on the phone which is minimal and I've owned cell phones for years that worked perfectly. my previous phone is 4 years old and still works. Motorola refuses to do anything about this .
No credit towards a new phone or replacement or repair. I will never purchase another Motorola product since they don't stand behind anything they make.Avoid their phones like the plague.

Trouble setting up new moto, transferring data and apps
Called customer support ... Support agent was hard to understand, hire people that speak clear English to provide support to English speaking customers.
I'm sorry but whatever broken English customer support agent was speaking. The agent that answered could not answer questions about my new phone?

Everything gets defaulted to the Philippines... and although this is a common practice among other companies, this must be the worst Customer Service in any industry...
outsourced to the Philippines. Not only that, it seems like they don't listen, even when you provide the required information, they will ask the same question again. It feels like you need to answer when they ask and not before or after. To make matters worse, they will be condescending and try to school you on matters that you may know better than them.
You ask for level 2 or 3 support...
they keep going, asking questions as if what you need doesn't matter. Lenovo is just terrible.

My phone is messing up
On Friday before last when I woke up and ready to call y'all. My screen said (key in password).
I have never needed one. I have talked to Xfinity 4 times and called ya'll 3 times . Finally Xfinity told me that they finally feel it's a problem with Motorolla phone.I am calling you back to see what I need to do.

Phone doesn't ring or collect any codes trying to find a job impossible without a phone trying to deal with a bank impossible without a phone clearly ruined my life ! I would never again use Motorola!
Refuse to refund my money
Ordered a phone, within 5 minutes I called in to try to cancel the order as the fine print on the receipt noted things the original ad did not. They sent the phone anyway, I refused the delivery, they admit that it was returned to them and they won't issue a refund.
When I call in to check the status I get the run-around and nobody will answer the question where is my money? They will "escalate" to another department and they won't connect me with that department nor provide a phone number for it.
Their customer service center is 100% a scam, I have recordings of all phone calls and the bs that they try to feed me.

I bought a Motorola 2023 razor back in December, it is now June. The touchscreen doesn't work half the time, and my screen is turning black (it looks like it's melting).
I called Motorola because it's still under the warranty. The lady told me I have to send the phone in to them, their tech will look it over, and I should get it back within 6 to 8 weeks. So, they want me to go 6 to 8 weeks without a phone. I told them that is unacceptable, so then she told me I can pay $99 and get a phone sent to me within 3 business days.
So now, I have to pay for another phone to replace the one under warranty. She said these are my options if I don't want to wait 6 to 8 weeks or pay the 99 dollars. I guess there's nothing they can do for me. The phones, the customer service, the warranty they offer are all trash.
I will never buy anything Motorola. Why am I going to pay you for another phone when you can't even fix the one I have without inconveniencing me?

I have a Razor 23 IV. I've had it for six months and the warranty isn't up.
They want me to factory reset my phone and send it in. I won't have a phone for a week, maybe more. Well, my life is on this phone. The screen, where it folds, is the problem.
There is no one in the state of WV to fix it. They want 75 dollars plus whatever it takes to ship.
