Hey Moto, I performed a factory reset on my Motorola and I have failed to perform FRP bypass because I forgot all my email details and I was requesting you to do it for me so that I can be able to use it again. So plz, it's Motorola/Miami22 which has been using a Ugandan SIM card. So it has come to my notice that I cannot manage except you.

Problem with department providing $100 credit

Forget it.

Original review Oct 29, 2025
I have a problem with a MOTO G cellphone, which is why I originally tried to contact Motorola.
Unfortunately I called a wrong number for help and got the department that was giving out a $100 voucher. At first it sounded interesting, but as I heard more and more it sounded less and less like something I wanted to get involved with.

So I politely asked to cancel the transaction. But the customer service rep kept asking me for the expiration date on my credit card when I don't think I had even given him a credit card number! So I again said I was no longer interested and asked to cancel. He just kept asking me for the expiration date.

I became more and more frantic, literally begging and pleading with him to cancel and just hang up. He just kept saying that I should calm down, he would wait, and kept asking for the expiration date.

I finally figured out how I could hang up and did so. But this was a nightmare I didn't need.
I have since emailed Motorola about the problem I am having with the cellphone and hope that gets a better response.

User's recommendation: Make sure you get the right phone number and that you 'dial' or punch, or whatever, correctly. And learn how to hang up a call from your end before you need to use it.

Stay away from Motorola unless you enjoy being financially raped!

The story that I have to tell about what Motorola has done to me since March 27, 2025 to the present day is quite a lengthy history. The way I tried TWICE to purchase a phone over their website, TWICE their website said the charges were denied by my bank, TWICE I learned that they weren't, and ultimately had the most hostile, inimical threats and accusations made against me by a Motorola employee that made me seek a Motorola phone elsewhere is an encyclopedia-length collection of documents that I can provide if someone likes reading science fiction.

When the Motorola phone that I bought elsewhere seemed to have put itself in lockdown and neither I nor the technician at the Geek Squad succeeded in logging into the phone, I was urged to contact Motorola because the phone was their product and it was less than two months with me. I have the transcript of what Motorola calls a "Motorola Support Virtual Agent" that was, as I stated when I saw nobody else was in the chat with me, an "online soliloquy," that shows that anyone wanting support should wear a jockstrap because it DOES give support! I am stuck with a phone that I never put in lockdown, that does not accept the only password that I ever used with it, that nobody can make useful without a functioning password, and for which I can forget about ever receiving customer support from Motorola because they clearly received their money and they see that as the end of any responsibility that they will ever assume.

If they dispute my words, let them prove that I;m wrong, but I may have to bring them to court for that ever to happen! Because I am a former Motorola, I am more than dismayed, but apparently, once a customer is over 55, Motorola just hopes that the customer will die!

The reason for this is when I was able to speak to somebody in customer service, the background noise was so unbelievable loud that it was really hard to hear the person I was talking to and sometimes, and she had to repeat a few things back to me because I just couldn't hear. And I don't think she heard me either.

WILL NOT HELP. Had 5 tecks hang up, disconnected me, none couldn't help!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I cannot download my pictures from my phone to my computer. I talked all day to different techs, and it was very hard to hear them, and they were no help in helping me.

The place they told me to go to was not there. I called Verizon, and they were no help. I called Motorola and talked to five helpers, but they couldn't help, and they disconnected me and hung up. I hate Moto now!

No help at all.

I even went to the Verizon office, and they wanted to charge me! 412-925-****

Cheap phones

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Well I broke my phone and in the meantime I bought this Motorola phone. That was my first mistake.

Motorola I thought had great phones because now the razor phone came out and Motorola has one. Was I really surprised. I've had acatel phones better than this one. First off when I got it they force you to update so many times.

Next the phone gets really hot charging. It will almost burn you. But automatically they send message saying that it being supercharged is the reason why. But it takes around 5 minutes just to get where it gets 1 percent on it.

Then around 3 hours to charge 50 percent. Super charge my tale if you know what I mean. I've had at&t service for over 20 years this phone gives them a downsize a little. Now some say when you buy cheap you get cheap.

I see what they saying now. But still I've had many cheaper phones that was or are 100 times better than this one. So those who are planning on the razor phone from Motorola I would be cautious because there expensive.

My mind says never will I have another one made by Motorola. Thanks for your time

Motorola - Charging problem

My phone isn't charging. It's been hacked and it died.

Now, it won't charge or turn on. When I press the up and down button along with the fingerprint one on a Moto 24G 5G 2024, nothing happens.
