Ji mera name Bhanu Pratap Singh hai, Maine 28 June,2018 ko Kanpur ke Mobile Phone Shop se (Baba Shiv Communication) ke yaha se Moto C plus Mobile phone Rs.7200/-(Seven thousand two hundred rupees only) me purchase kiya tha. and fhir maine mobile me sim laga ke dekha to 4g network 3 point network tha ok. fhir maine mobile rat me charge kiya aur next day morning mujhe company ke factory visit pe nikal gaya. waha ja ke maine dekha ki network 2 point se 3 point ke upar 4g network nahi hai wo bhi sim slot 1 me. mujhe laga ki ho sakta hai is sim me issue ho to maine doosra sim laga ke check kiya to usme bhi yahi problem aa rahi hai. fhir mere mobile pe phone aya fhir maine dekha to mere mobile ka speaker bhi phata huwa tha ye maine moto customer care pe bat kiya to waha se jo solution setting bataya gaya maine wo bhi karke check kiya lekin phone me koyi change nahi huwa to costomer care officer bola ki mai apne technical team ko ye compalin forword karfta hu within 24 hours me apke no. pe call ayega. par koyi mere pass call nahi aya aur na hi koyi update. to maine fhir se customer care pe 7/7/18 morning ko call kiya to female customer care office mere se galat tareeke se bat karke bol diya ki jaha se aap ne mobile liya hai us shop me ap jake bat kare ki usne aisa mobile apko kyu diya. jab mai aaj mobile shop pe gaya to bolte hai ha mobile me sach me problem hai. aap moto service centre pa jaye jo ki kanpur ke saket nagar me hai waha se ye badal diya jayega ya hame msg kar diya jayega mobile change karne ke liye ya fhir koyi problem hai to sahi karke de denge. jab mai moto/lenovo saket nagar kanpur service centre (Shubam Commkunication) pe pahucha to waha pe bola gaya ki aap wait karo abhi yaha pe kuch personal discussion ho raha hai maine 11 am se 3 pm ta kak wait kiya phir waha pe mera mobile liya gaya aur fhir se 2 hours mujhe bithaya gaya fhir bola jata hai ki aaj ham log birthday celebrate kar rahe hai aap fhir kabhi aana fhir maine bola ok to mobile problem and form ko fill karke maine diya aur bola ki mujhe koyi mobile de do to mai use karoo and bad me return karke apne phone la jaunga to waha pe bola jata hai ki na mai moboile use karne ke liye dena hai aur na hi moto / lenovo comapny mere reletion me ati hai apko moibile dena hai to do warna jawo apne kaam dekho fhir mai mola koyi nahoi mam customer se aise agar bat karte hai to mai iski complain moto/lenovo head office me karunga to answer milta hai aise na jane kitne mobtorola ke customer ate aur jate hai ap bhio apne rasta dekho. fhir mai retelir ke pass gaya to waha se answer milta hai to ab ham kya kare ab aap use karo ham return nahi kar payenge. fhir maine wapas aa gya phone leke.

Agar moto comapny apne customer ko satisfy nahi kar paa rahi hai to mai kahunga motorola company ko mobile market me ane ka koyi adhikar nahi hai. customer mobile purchage karta hai fhir service centre jata hai se retailer ke pass jata hai fhir waha se service centre p[e jata hai par koyi solution nahi milta hai.aur ye mobile 1 ghante hank bhi hota hai aur kabhi kabhi bahut hi heat and kabhi kabhi karant power bhi lagta hai charging ke samay . agar mobile blast hai aur mujhe kuch hota hai to mai moto mobile company ko responsible manunga kyu ki agar is agar maine kabhi koyi galat kaam kiya hai life me to motorola ka phone leke. is company ke mobile se accha hai ki chaina ki 500 rs. phone use kare aur future me kabhi koyi log is company ka phone mat purchage karna isse 3rd quality ka phone maine apni poori life me nahi dekha aur na hi kabhi dekhunga. agar life me mere se kiyi ye pooche ki moto ka phone kaise hai to mai usko bolung ki bhai moto mobile se accha phone to 300 Rs. ka china ka phone milta hai wo isse 100% accha and good hai.

Motorola mobile company sirf 3rd quality ka phone koyi apne poori life na khareede kyu ki ye apne consumer ko bewkoof aur idiot samajhte hai ki mobile dibbe me kuch bhi bhar ke bhej 3rd quality pone agar mujhe 1 se 5 point dene hote to mai moto/lenove company ko -0 point dunga itna kharab iski services hai. kabhi apne relative fraind and family member ko bhi mobile khareedna ke liya nahi kahunga

ye bat mai motorola company ke sales head se poonchna chahta hu ki ab mai ab kaun sa kaam use karoo. sir company me customer satisfaction ke matter me kuch apko maloom hai ki sirf moto company mobile ke name pe box sale karne ka kaam kar rahi hai.

moto company se accha to mai 300 rs. ka phone accha manta tu

1: Mai consumer court me is moto/lenovo company ke opposit mai FIR monday ko karunga

2: Social media pe bhi ye MSG upload karunga wo bhi publickly.
